We inspect all our manufactured products using the best three-dimensional machines available on the market, along with all the traditional measuring instruments and equipment (roughness testers, binoculars, profile projectors, micrometres, digital callipers, etc.).
Our production operators perform their own inspections at every critical stage in the production process, adhering to a strict inspection plan established in advance.
- Each part undergoes a systematic internal inspection.
- An inspection report and a materials certificate can be provided upon request.
We have WENZEL XOrbit three-dimensional measuring machines combined with the latest Renishaw probing systems, including 3-axis and touch-activation scanning systems and SHAPETRACER and PHOENIX II optical sensors.
We use Keyence digital profile projectors to inspect the reliability and repeatability of our machining processes to a precision of ± 5 µm.
For small-sized batches, we can automate the measurements to inspect up to 99 dimensions in just a few seconds.
Our Mitutoyo digital roughness tester is used to inspect roughness to Ra levels below 0.05 µm.
We use our durometer to precisely inspect surface hardness in line with Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell units.
